Dr. Baker Wright began his work in Behavior Analysis at East Carolina University where he began his work with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities under the guidance of Dr. Jeanne Golden and Dr. Todd Barwick at the Howell’s Center group homes, intensive pediatric center, and ICF/MR in eastern North Carolina. He continued his graduate work and training at Florida State University with Dr. Jon Bailey, and began his work with Dr. Reiss and BMC in 2000. Dr. Wright currently consults with multiple school districts in the southeast, and maintains direct contact with many families through his direct supervision and consultation of work in the South Georgia and Tallahassee area.

In 2015, Dr. Wright became the COO and a partner with Dr. Reiss in leading the BMC team. Outside of work, Dr. Wright is better known as “Owen and Liza Baker’s dad” and “Donna’s husband,” and is proud of those distinctions. He leads his church’s Family Ministries team, the youth T-ball league, and serves on the board of the local Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. Wave to him if you see him running a local road race or marathon with his beloved “RUN BMC” running shirt!
