Dr. Heather Griffin earned her Doctorate of Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida in December 2014. Heather also has a Masters of Science degree from The Florida State University Applied Behavior Analysis program and became a BCBA in 2005. Post graduation Heather joined a team in Phoenix, AZ and created a comprehensive behavioral department within a large non-profit private school for children with disabilities. Since rejoining Behavior Management Consultants, Heather has assisted in the growth of the Jacksonville branch and is currently the Clinical Director of Northeast Florida Services where she oversees the delivery of high quality ABA services and leads a diverse team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs. She has worked with BMC for over 10 years. Heather is a past president of the First Coast Association for Behavior Analysis and an active advocate for the delivery of high quality ABA services in Northeast Florida. In her free time she enjoys traveling and exploring the country with her husband and two young sons.
