What is a Behavioral Assessment?

A behavior assessment is a careful review of skills, routines, and challenges across home, school, or clinic settings. The results guide an individualized plan that focuses on meaningful goals and positive support strategies.

Do you provide parent training?

Yes! We are committed to working with every family we serve. Parent training provides families with the necessary tools and guidance to promote positive behavior and skill development in the home. We work as a team, alongside parents, to ensure they feel comfortable and ready to use strategies in daily life. BCBAs are in close contact with families every step of the way.

What is Direct ABA Therapy?

During direct therapy, a highly skilled therapist works one-on-one with a client to teach and reinforce skills that improve daily life. Sessions typically focus on improving communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and reducing challenging behaviors. This is accomplished through structured teaching, practice, and positive reinforcement.

How is ABA Therapy Supervised?

BCBA supervision ensures all services are guided by experienced clinicians who develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Ongoing oversight helps maintain quality, consistency, and individualized support across all settings.

What insurance plans to you accept in Charlottesville?

We currently accept Virginia Medicaid and private pay. We are working on credentialing with specific CMO plans as well as other insurance companies. Please contact us directly to discuss your insurance plan.
