Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of bmcsoutheast.com and participation in the Behavior Management Consultants (“BMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text messaging program.
Website Information and Service Requests
Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not replace an individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Submitting an inquiry or referral does not establish a provider-client relationship, confirm eligibility, reserve an appointment, or guarantee services or insurance coverage. Services are subject to availability, clinical appropriateness, applicable authorizations, and completion of required agreements.
Please provide accurate information and submit another person’s information only when you have appropriate permission or authority.
SMS Terms
Program Description
The Behavior Management Consultants SMS Program provides service-related text communications to individuals who have agreed to receive them.
Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, referral or intake follow-ups, and administrative updates related to requested or existing services.
This program does not include promotional or marketing text messages. Any future marketing messaging would require a separate, appropriate consent process.
Consent to Receive Messages
BMC obtains consent before sending text messages as required by applicable law and messaging-provider requirements. Consent applies to the message types described when you opt in.
Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to recurring text messages. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
You may contact BMC to arrange another communication method.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and service-related communication needs.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
After you opt out, you may receive one final text confirming your request. No additional messages will be sent through the program unless you provide renewed consent.
To arrange another communication method, call 850-521-0242 or email bmcservices@bmcsoutheast.com.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Telephone Number Changes
You must provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Please notify BMC if your number changes or is reassigned so we can update your communication preferences.
Delivery and Availability
Text delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device, network availability, and other factors. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not rely on text messaging for urgent, time-sensitive, or emergency communications.
Privacy and Sensitive Information
Your participation in the messaging program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
BMC does not sell or share SMS opt-in information or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Ordinary text messages are not guaranteed to be confidential and may be seen by others with access to your device or account. Please do not send medical records, detailed clinical information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information by ordinary SMS. Contact our office for an appropriate way to share requested information.
Agreeing to text messaging does not constitute authorization for uses or disclosures of protected health information that otherwise require a separate authorization.
Emergencies
BMC’s website, online forms, email, and text messaging program are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion does not guarantee the accuracy of their content or availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes to the text messaging program will be communicated, and additional consent will be obtained when required. Updating these terms does not automatically enroll you in a new messaging program.
